About Lucy & Lino

I’m Lucy, a passionate printmaker and illustrator from Scotland, and this is my online store for beautiful, original lino prints and illustrations.

I’ve loved art and crafts since I was wee. I first discovered lino printing in high school, but it was during my time studying Contemporary Art Practice at Gray’s School of Art in Aberdeen that my love for carving and printing truly took shape. In 2020, I rekindled that passion, and as more people fell in love with my prints and wanted their own, Lucy & Lino was born.

I’ve had the pleasure of exhibiting and selling prints at Burnham Overy Staithe, my work has been featured in Push The Boat Out magazine, and I’ve collaborated with The Thought Press Project, where my art was sold alongside 99 others, to raise funds for The Children's Book Project.

My lino prints are inspired by nature, animals, and places. Using a traditional approach, I create prints that are whimsical, expressive, and heartfelt. I print on high-quality paper with eco-friendly ink, and I also offer custom commissions - from pet portraits to wedding venue prints and illustrations.
